3 Steps To Your Installation
Their are 3 steps to getting your kitchen installed:
Step 1: Pre-installation survey and quote
During this meeting, we will discuss the layout planned by the supplier, check that the design fits the area and review what changes need to be made to the existing services to support the new design.
At the end of this meeting we will complete an itemised computer based quotation and discuss the pricing. The finished document will be issued preferably by email within 48 hours of the survey.
On acceptance of the quote we ask that you pay a 10% deposit to secure the installation date in our diary.
Step 2: Delivery by your supplier
We ask that you check for obvious signs of damage. Assuming everything appears to be in order, and time permitting, we will arrange to visit and perform a pre-installation check of the items against the plan.
Step 3: Installation
On commencement of your kitchen we take a second deposit payment to cover time and materials required to complete the installation.
Every installation is different, but in general after the old kitchen has been removed the electrical, plumbing and gas services are prepared. Once the room is ready, the new carcasses are installed and worktops cut. Finally the kitchen is 'dressed' by fitting the cornice, pelmet, plinth, integrated appliances, sink, doors, handles and any accessories.
It's only after the kitchen is complete, the final completion note has been signed that we prepare the invoice for you to pay the outstanding installment. On payment your installation warranty takes effect.
